Our Core Beliefs

1. We believe that the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God.  We believe it is inerrant, infallible & eternal.  It is the complete revelation of God’s will to man for salvation.  It is the absolute rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.  We believe that the King James Bible is the preserved Word of God to English speaking people.
2. We believe there is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons- God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  These three are all God- co-equal and co-eternal in dignity and power.
3. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; the miracle of His conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death of the cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal, imminent return.
4. We believe that man was created by God and for God but due to man’s sin and rebellion against God every man has incurred spiritual death, which is separation form God, and physical death as a consequence; that all people are sinners by nature and by practice and therefore all people need to be saved.
5. We believe that Jesus Christ is that One and only Savior; that He died sacrificially on the cross for all our sins & that all who repent of their sins & trust in Him as their Savior will be eternally saved.
6. We believe in the Person and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer which enables and empowers them to live for God and His glory.
7. We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people who have ever lived.  Those who are in the right relationship with God will enter the eternal blessing of Heaven; those who have rejected God’s forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ will enter into everlasting punishment.
